Additional delivery information
- Shipping days: Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Promotional periods and Mondays: During busy periods (sales, promotions) or Mondays, it may take an extra 24 to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched.
- Unsigned parcels: Any Colissimo parcel delivered without a signature and indicated as "delivered" by La Poste's information system will be considered as effectively delivered and will not be eligible for compensation.

24h Chronopost delivery :
- Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day, with next-day delivery by 6pm.
- Orders placed after 11am are dispatched the next working day, with delivery the following day.
- Saturday delivery: The Chronopost Samedi service is not available. Therefore, any order placed with Chronopost between Thursday after 11am and Friday before 11am will be delivered the following Monday before 6pm.

No compensation will be paid for delays in delivery due to exceptional circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, such as: natural disasters, pandemics, health crises, lockdowns, industrial action, or delays attributable to the carrier.
