All our eyelash extension adhesives are to be used by qualified professionals only. Under no circumstances should the glue be used on yourself. We are not responsible for the misuse of our eyelash extension glue. You alone are responsible for the product once you have purchased it from us. Glue performance and results vary from person to person. If you buy eyelash extension glue with strong fumes, you need to know how to avoid irritation and inflammation if this occurs.

Please choose your glues only with a perfect knowledge of the hygrometry of your room, as this detail will almost single-handedly decide how well your services will hold up.

NO OPEN GLUE WILL BE RETAINED OR EXCHANGED

All eyelash glues must be handled with extreme caution and care. When opening a bottle of glue, whether new or used, the glue should be opened away from the eyelashes or your customer's face.

Excessive amounts of glue on the skin can cause burns or superficial damage to the skin or hair. Velvet Extension is not responsible for accidents or misuse of glues.

Store glue in an airtight container with dry rice (or a silica packet), at room temperature.

DO NOT store in the refrigerator.

All glues must be shaken for 1 minute before use.

Shelf life 6 months and 3 months after opening.

If the texture of your glue is altered, we advise you to change for a fresh glue.

As the indicated storage times vary from one person to another, please note that we will not accept any claims after the 14-day cooling-off period
All glues returned within this period will be sent for inspection and batch numbers will be checked.
