Compound bouquet training, you create the bouquet directly on the lash

TIME-SAVING technique -This technique makes it possible to apply a Russian volume extension in record time. The compound bouquet technique consists in creating a Russian bouquet directly on the natural lash by superimposition. It is ideal for technicians wishing to offer their clients a fast, high-quality service.

At the end of your training, you'll be able to apply Russian eyelash extensions, fill them in and take them out, and advise your customers on the thickness, length and curvature of the extensions they should wear, based on their eye shape, lifestyle and desires.

Estimated duration:

This training will take place over an average of 7 hours. 

*Theory: 2H

Registration is deemed to have been completed when : 

  • The pre-training quiz and training agreement are completed, signed and returned by the trainee.
  • As the purchase of an e-learning course on the present website constitutes a distance purchase, the non-professional member customer acting as a consumer benefits, by virtue of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, from a right of withdrawal, without giving any reason, of 14 days from the signing of the Training Agreement.

Prerequisites

Cil a cil training: your cil a cil training certificate or training attestation will be required to validate your registration for the Russian Volume training course.

Training content

 Preparing your workstation
  1. Preparing your workstation and tools for Russian volume eyelash extensions.
  2. Preparing your massage table and the various tables available for eyelash extensions and other services
  3. Equipment cleaning (explanation of the different disinfectants or tools that the technician must use to clean her pliers and metal tools before her performance)
  4. Prepare the table before the customer arrives and welcome her (don't forget the COVID period and barrier gestures).
  5. Preparing the customer's comfort: Comfort pillow, plaid or heated blanket, and background music. 
 Preparing tools and materials

  1. Preparation of working tools and presentation of the different pliers that can be used for the Russian volume method.
  2. Presentation of the products used for the service and the different thicknesses used for the Russian volume (0.05/0.07/.010 and 0.12).
  3. Presentation of the different supports for Russian volume and how to best position your lash strip to create your bouquet o Presentation of the types of mapping used for Russian volume (Dolls/kim K...) 
 Preparing the client's eyes
  1. Use micellar water or eyelash shampoo to clean eyelids
  2. Natural lash cleaning with products and explanations (primer, preparator, booster glue...)
  3. Application of hydrogel patches (plasters if necessary)
  4. Choice of Mapping (presentation of the different maps available and advice on choosing the right map for your customer's eyes and requirements)
  5. Map drawing on patches 
Russian volume extension
  1. Explanation and demonstration of Russian volume techniques and how to achieve a perfect bouquet in both base and end (explanation of the wingle wingle technique).
  2. Learn how to create a 2D/3D/4D bouquet...
  3. Step-by-step explanation and demonstration of bouquet extension application (isolate the lash with the tweezers and hold the bouquet with the other).
  4. Detailed explanation of which eyelashes should or should not receive an eyelash bouquet.
  5. Eyelash extension dip and % for better retention
  6. Placement of the bouquet on the natural lash and attachment technique.
  7. Follow the map drawn above
  8. Repetition on the eyes (why work on two eyes at once or 1 eye at a time)
  9. Finishing (what if the bottom lashes are stuck to the top?)

Follow-up system for evaluating training results

Training follow-up : 

  • Learner connection records available on the Digiforma e-learning platform.
  • Progress of training completion for each student after validation of each training module. All courses must be 100% completed to obtain the certificate.
  • Training available for 6 months on the Digiforma e-learning platform.
  • Follow-up of course drop-outs or non-completion on the Digiforma E-learning platform: If you are not connected to the training platform for more than a month, a member of our teaching team will contact you to help you complete your course and/or provide you with a solution if necessary.

Evaluation of training results:

  • Theory evaluation: MCQ of 20 questions. A minimum of 17 correct answers is required to pass the written test. 
  • Practical assessment: Eyelash extensions applied to 4 real models. You will be asked to take 4 sets of before-and-after photos so that the trainer can complete the practical evaluation grid. This grid will then be sent to you on your learner space.

Please note:

  • If we are not satisfied with the poses, we can request additional photos.
  • Once the MCQ and photos have been validated by our trainer, your training certificate will be sent by post.

All liquid eyelash extension products must be allergy-tested 48 hours before use (back of your hand and 2 eyelashes for the glue). Some very rare cases may have an above-average sensitivity, and we invite you to have your customers sign a waiver to check their general state of health (allergies, various sensitivities).
